This self-guided course will provide you research-based information and mindfulness practices that will help you slow down the spinning record of your mind, giving you more say in what plays all day. Studies have shown that our mind is wandering more than 46% of the time, and developing a mindfulness practice can reduce that number and keep you present on each moment in your day.
